| 摘 要： | 目的 研究含中药龙血竭的血清处理方法 .方法 采用适宜蛋白沉淀剂并以有机溶剂提取处理含中药龙血竭的血清样品,测定含药血清的HPLC图谱,以龙血竭溶液中5个特征成分的峰面积为对照计算提取率,确定制备含药血清的最佳方法 .结果 通过乙腈沉淀蛋白,采用乙酸乙酯进行提取,可使含药血清中龙血竭特征成分的提取率达到80%以上.结论 本法可作为龙血竭含药血清的制备方法 .

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the treatment of serum of rabbits fed with Dracaena.Methods Various protein precipitators and organic solvents were used to process the serum samples.HPLC was used to determine the target subjects.Five chemicals and their characteristic peaks were used to evaluate the treatment process of the serum.Results The average recovery of Dracaena's major components reached 80% after precipitated by acetonitrile first and then extracted by ethyl acetate.Conclusion The method provides a reliable approach to prepare the serum containing Dracaena. |
