蜂毒注射液治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的通过观察蜂毒注射液对肺癌、胃癌患者的治疗,探讨其临床疗效。方法将95例患者随机分为蜂毒注射液组、联合治疗组(蜂毒注射液 化疗)、化疗组,观察其对近期客观疗效、临床证候改善情况和生活质量的影响。结果蜂毒注射液在近期客观疗效方面,客观缓解率为2.86%,疾病控制率为40%,3组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);在改善临床证候方面,3组分别为42.86%、75%、43.33%,3组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中联合治疗组的临床证候改善作用最为显著;3组治疗对一般生活状况改变无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论蜂毒注射液能稳定瘤体,抑制肿瘤生长,具有一定的抗癌作用,与化疗合用有显著改善临床证候的作用。 

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Malignant Tumor with Bee Venom Injection

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of the injection on the treatment of lung and stomach cancer.METHOD 95 patients were randomly divided into a bee venom group,a combined treatment group(bee venom and chemotherapy) and a chemotherapy group,to observe the effect of the injection in improving clinical symptoms and life quality.RESULT The remittance rate and disease control rate of the injection were 2.86% and 40% respectively,with no statistical significance among the three groups(P>0.0%).The symptom improvement rates of the three groups were 42.86%,75.43% and 43.33% respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No marked differences were found in life quality improvement among the three groups(P>0.0%).CONCLUSION Bee Venom Injection can inhibit the tumor growth.It has anti-cancer effect and can greatly improve clinical symptoms when used in combination with chemotherapy.
