红升丹提毒祛腐机理的实验研究

摘    要:目的:在细胞学和分子生物学水平上探讨红升提毒祛腐作用机理,方法:使用彩色病理文分析系统观察小鼠创面肉芽炎症反应程度,使用酶标仪行双抗夹心ELISA法测肉芽组织内IL-2R,IL-6,TNF变化,结果,实验组在创面3,5,7d数值显著高于对照组,结论:红升丹提祛腐作用可能是通过调节的肉芽组织内IL-2R,IL-6,TNF生长因子介导的。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate into the mechanism of Hongshengdan in removing toxin and slough at the level of cytology and molecular biology. METHOD Using colored pathology videotext analysis system, the authors observed the inflammatory response of the granulation of mice at the wound surface, and using ELISA method the authors determined the changes in IL-2R, IL-6 and TNF in the granulation tissue. RESULT The numerical date obtained from the experiment group 3, 5 and 7 days after the wound surface was made were significantly higher than those in the control group. CONCLUSION The effect of Hongshengdan in removing toxin and slough may be due to the regulation of growth factor of IL-2R, IL-6 and TNF in the granulation tissue.
