摘    要:目的 通过皮下注射EGF,观察小鼠舌上皮细胞生长和EGF-R的表达,研究EGF影响舌苔形成的分子机制,方法 HE染色,EGF-RSABC免疫组化染色和图像分析数据处理系统(CMIAS-98A多功能图像分析仪)进行分析。结果 EGF促进小鼠舌上皮增厚,基底层细胞数增多,EGF-R表达增多。结论 EGF可以通过EGF-R机制影响舌苔形成。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE EGF was injected to observe the growth of tongue epithelium of mice and EGF-R expression, so as to investigate into the molecular mechanism of EGF in affecting the formation of tongue coating. METHOD HE pigmentation, EGF-R SABC immunology and histochemistry pigmentation and graph analysis and data processing system (CMIAS-98A multifunctional graph analyzer) were used in the analysis.RESULT EGF could promote the thickening of the mice tongue epithelium and increase the number of basal cells and EGF-R expression.CONCLUSION EGF can affect the formation of tongue coating through EGF-R.
