| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察强身丹对老年小鼠免疫功能的影响，进一步探讨其抗衰延寿机理。方法：以１３～１４月龄小白鼠为衰老模型，服中药强身丹３０天后，检测其对小鼠红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率和外周Ｔ淋巴细胞阳性率的影响。结果：强身丹２个剂量组均能提高老年小鼠红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率和外周Ｔ淋巴细胞阳性率，与空白对照组比较有显著差异。结论：强身丹具有增强机体免疫功能而起到防老抗衰、强身健体的作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate into the anti-aging mechanism of Qiangshengdan.Method:13-14-month-old mice were given Qiangshengdan for 30 days to see its effect on the mice's red blood cell C 3b receptor floral loop compared with a blank control group.Result:Qiangshengdan can increase both indexes,with significant difference compared with a blank control group.Conclusion:Qiangshengdan can enhance body immunity and therefore has anti-aging and body-strengthening functions. |
