大鼠鼻腔灌流试验方法改进研究

摘    要:目的改进大鼠鼻腔灌流试验插管方法并研究其合理性和可行性。方法对2种插管方法各参数进行试验比较,确定改进插管方法的合理性和可行性。结果2种插管方法各参数没有显著差异。改进后的试验方法简便可行。结论大鼠鼻腔灌流试验改进插管方法是合理可行的。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve upon the intubation technique in rat nasal perfusion test and investigate into its rationality and feasibility.METHOD Parameters obtained from two different intubation techniques were compared to determine on the rationality and feasibility of the improved technique.RESULT No marked differences were found between the two techniques.The improved technique was simple and feasible.CONCLUSION The improved technique for intubation used in rat nasal perfusion test is reasonable and feasible.
