| 摘 要： | 目的：考察大孔树脂吸附与超滤技术联用精制技术对六味地黄丸有关成分的影响。方法：采用ＨＰＬＣ法。结果：精制的提取物重量只有原药材的４．６％，而９８％的丹皮酚与８６％的马钱素被保留。结论：该联用精制技术可有效地减少服用量，保留小分子有效成分

Effect of Combined Use of Large-aperture Resin adsorption and Ultrafiltration on Salviol and Loganin in Liuwei dihuang Bolus |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate into the effect of the combined use of large-aperture resin adsorption and ultrafiltration on salviol and loganin in Liuwei dihuang Bolus.METHOD:HPLC method was used.RESULT:The weight of the refined extract is only 4.6% that of the original medicinal meterial and meanwhile 98% of salviol and 86% of loganin were retained.CONCLUSION:This combined use technique can effectively reduce the administration dosage and retain the micromolecule effective constitutents. |
