摘    要:目的:研究药膳泽泻香菇在调节血脂和抗氧化方面的保健功效。方法:用药膳泽泻香菇掺和饲料中饲喂实验性高血脂小30d,测定血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TC),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)等指标;再用泽泻香菇掺和到饲料中饲喂实验性衰老小鼠40d,测定血清及肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,肝脏的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,总抗氧化(T-AOC)能力以

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the healthful effects of the medicated diet containing Rhizoma Alismatis and Lentinus Edodes (RALE) in blood-lipid regulation and antioxidation. METHOD:Food containing RALE was fed for 30 days to mice with high blood-fat. The values of TC, TG, HDL-c and LDL-c in the serum were detected. The same food was fed to aged mice for 40 days. The values of SOD in the serum and liver, GSH-Px and T-AOC and the content of LPO in the liver were tested. RESULTS: RALE could markedly reduce the values of TC, TG and LDL-c, increase the value of HDL-c, and improve AI. There were significant differences in all the data when compared with those of the control ( P <0.01). RALE could significantly improve the values of SOD in the serum and liver, GSH-Px in the liver and T-AOC, and reduce the content of LPO in the liver. All the data were significantly different from those of the control ( P <0.05, P <0.01).CONCLUSION:RALE has distinct effects of adjusting blood-lipid, antioxidizing and delaying aging.
