麦冬药物血清抗血管内皮细胞凋亡的分子机制

摘    要:目的:探讨麦冬药物血清抗血管内皮细胞凋亡的分子机制。方法:取人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC),用内毒素造成凋亡细胞模型,通过荧光显微镜,流式细胞仪观察麦冬药物血清抗其凋亡的保护作用,并探讨麦冬药物血清对HUVEC中SOD,MDA的改变。结果:麦冬药物血清可明显保护HUVEC,减少内毒素对其诱导的凋亡作用,其机理与减少自由基,增加超氧化物歧化酶有关,结论:麦冬能滋补阴液,抗HUVEC凋亡,可以有效防治血栓性疾病。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate into the molecular mechanism of the pharmacological serum of Radix Ophiopogonis against the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cell. METHOD Cell apoptosis models were made with human umbilicus vascular endothelial cell (HUVEC), and observations were made on the anti-apoptosis effect and on changes of SOD and MDA in HUVEC with fluorescence microscope and flow cytometer. RESULT The pharmacological serum can effectively protect HUVEC and decrease apoptosis induced by endotoxin. Its mechanism is related to the decrease of free radical and increase of SOD. CONCLUSION Radix Ophiopogonis can nourish yin, prevent the apoptosis of HUVEC and therefore can effectively prevent thrombotic diseases.
