丹参药膜促进消化道吻合口愈合机制的病理组织学观察

目的 研究具有生物相容性和生物降解性的丹参膜制剂的制备方法及其促进消化道吻合口合的机制。方法 以丹参为主药，以壳聚糖和明胶为基质，用流涎法制备药膜，并观察药膜对胃壁创伤组织的炎症反应，毛细血管增生和内芽组织胶原密度的影响。结果 丹参药膜局部应用促进炎症反应，毛细血管增生和胶原合成的作用均优于丹参全身用药。结论 丹参药膜在消化器官吻合口愈合的过程中具有促进正常组织细胞再生的积极作用。且其作用强于丹参注射液。

Histopathological Observation on Mechanism of Danshen Medicinal Membrane in Promoting Healing of Stoma of Alimentary Tract

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the mechanism of Danshen Medicinal Membrane with biological compatibility and biological degradation in promoting the healing of the stoma of the alimentary tract. METHOD With Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae as the main drug and chitosan and gelatin as the base material, salivation method was used to prepare the drug membrane, and its effect on the inflammatory reaction of the injured tissues of the gastric wall, capillary hyperplasia and the density of granulation tissue collagen was observed. RESULT The local application of Danshen Medicinal Membrane had the effect of promoting the inflammatory reaction, capillary hyperplasia and collagen synthesis, better than the effect obtained with general application of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.CONCLUSION Danshen Medicinal Membrane can promote the regeneration of normal tissues and cells in the healing of stoma of alimentary tract, with better effect than Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection.
