| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍微创腰间盘髓核摘除新技术。方法：我院骨科2004年9月开始,开展微创椎间盘髓核摘除术。至2005年6月底,已开展25人、30节段。结果患者术后第一天即可下地步行功能锻炼。术后5天～7天即可出院,效果良好。结论保护了腰椎的生物力学结构,创伤小,患者恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective: To introduce a new technique of microwounded lumbar discoidectomy. Methods: We had operated on 25 patients for 30 sections with microwounded lumbar discoidectomy from September 2004 to June 2005. Results: The operation had a good effect .Patient left bed for functional exercise at first day after operation,and left hospital from 5 days to 7 days later. Conclusion: The operation protects the biomechanic structure of the lumbar spine, with less wound and patient recover quickly. |
