维持性血液透析患者综合护理干预后营养状况改善研究

目的：研究综合护理干预后维持性血液透析患者营养状况改善情况。方法：2010年6月～2012年6月我院行维持性血液透析的患者共100例分为对照组和观察组，各50例，分别行常规护理和综合护理，比较2组营养状况。结果：观察组经综合护理干预后，营养状况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（x2＝13．439，P＜0．01）。前白蛋白、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白等较对照组明显提高，差异均有统计学意义（t＝5．987，10．139，4．407，5．719，P＜0．01）。结论：对维持性血液透析患者实施综合护理干预，可改善患者营养状况，提高患者生活质量。

Study of Improving Nutritional Status in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis after Comprehensive Nursing Intervention

Objective：To study the nutritional status after comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis . Methods：100 patients from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group , 50 patients in＆amp;nbsp;each group, were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention , nutritional status were compared .Results：After compre-hensive nursing, nutritional status was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group , there was statistically significant （χ2=13.439,P〈0.01）.There was significantly improved about prealbumin , albumin, transferrin and hemoglobin between the observation group and the control group, there were statistically significant （t =5.987,10.139,4.407,5.719, P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can improve the nutritional status of patients , improve the quality of life .
