| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食道癌患者开胸手术后拔管期的护理效果。方法：选取我院进行食道癌开胸手术的80患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组患者在术后拔管期进行常规的护理干预，观察组则采取强化临床护理干预的模式，比较2组患者的术后并发症、生活质量评分情况、护理前后的焦虑抑郁自评量表和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分。结果：观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，护理后的焦虑抑郁自评量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分均优于对照组，P＜0．05，差异有显著性。结论：在食道癌患者开胸手术后拔管期中强化护理干预临床效果满意，可有效促进患者的康复，改善其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the effects of nursing during extubation for patients with esophagus cancer after thoracotomy .Meth-ods：80 patients with esophagus cancer after thoracotomy were chosen and divided into control group and observation group with 40 pa-tients each group .Control group were treated by conventional nursing after thoracotomy .Observation group were treated by strengthening nursing intervention.The complication, QOL, SDSSAS before and after nursing , WHO Quality of Life-BREF were compared between two groups.Results：The incidence of complication in observation group was obviously lower than control group ＆#39;s.SDSSAS after nursing＆amp;nbsp;and WHO Quality of Life-BREF in observation group were better than control group＆#39;s, P〈0.05.Conclusions：Strengthening nursing in-tervention for patients with esophagus cancer after thoracotomy could get better effects and improve the health and the quality of life . |
