| 摘 要： | 目的:评价介入治疗应用于儿童Legg-Perthes病的治疗效果。方法:股动脉插管,経旋股内外动脉,将溶栓,扩血管及改善微循环药物直接注入股骨头供血动脉。结果:血管造影及DSA显示治疗后血管计数较治疗前增多。临床及X片进行随访,髋部疼痛及关节功能障碍均有不同程度的改善和减轻。X片可见股骨头明显修复。结论:初步总结表明,本法对股骨头的血供起到了改善作用。对治疗儿童早期Legg-Perthes病是一种安全有效的方法。

Interventional Therapy For Leeg-Perthese Diseases In Children |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Leeg-Perthese diseases of children. Methods: In Intervention therapy, Thromolytic agents, Vasodilator drugs, and drugs in proving microcirculation were injected directly in to the arteries supplying the femoral head, and oping through cathetering and perfusing medial and lateral femoral circumflex arteries. Results: Angiography and DSA demonstrated an increased with that before treatment, X-ray film of femoral head and clinical feature were alleviated in different degrees. Conclusion: Interventional therapy has provided an improving effect for the blood supply of the femoral head, being a safe method with exact therapeutic effects in Leeg-Perthese diseases in children. |
