鹿角珊瑚骨与自体红骨髓复合体的临床应用

目的:探讨采用天然材料结合自体红骨髓移植代替人体骨组织对四肢骨缺损及骨不连的修复作用。方法:采用海洋天然鹿角珊瑚与自体红骨髓混合植入治疗四肢骨缺损及创伤性骨不连接,术后采用X线片、光镜、电镜观察结果。结果:本组稿31例患者中30例骨性愈合,1例因术后感染改用其它方法治疗,骨愈合时间8～14个月。随访10个月～7年。结论:鹿角珊瑚骨理化性质稳定,微细结构与人体骨类同,具有良好生物相溶性和降解性,是红骨髓的良好载体与愈合的框架。以珊瑚骨本身的微细结构为载体吸附的自体红骨髓是唯一含有丰富的定向性和诱导性骨祖细胞的组织,且骨髓间叶细胞诱导成骨活性最强,二者结合的植入物是一种理想的人体骨替代材料。
