喹硫平与帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效对比观察

目的:比较帕喹硫平与帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:选择符合CCMD-3诊断的精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为2组,分别使用喹硫平与帕利哌酮口服治疗,观察8周。治疗前及治疗第2、4、8周末评定阳性及阴性量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)。结果:治疗结束时,喹硫平组显效率为66.7%,有效率为86.1%,帕利哌酮组显效率为67.6%,有效率为91.2%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:帕利哌酮与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效相当,副反应轻。

Comparative observation on curative effect of paliperidone and quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective: To compare efficacy and safety of paliperidone and quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods: 70 patients with schizophrenia by CCMD-3 were randomly into two groups treated with paliperidone or quetiapine for 8 weeks. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)were used to evaluate efficacy and adverse effect respectively before and at the end of 2,4,8 weeks of treatment respectively.Results: The significant efficacy rate of Paliperidone group was 67.6% and the eficacy rate was 91.2%.while 66.7% and 86.1%in Quetiapine group.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion: The result suggest that paliperidone should be as effective as quetiapine with few incidence rate of adverse effect.
