| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨推拿手法加牵引矫正青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的疗效。方法:采用推拿手法加牵引治疗38例轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸畸形,本组男11例,女27例,年龄最小12岁,最大19岁,平均14.5岁。Cobb角11°～20°27例,21°～30°11例。结果:治愈15例,显效9例,好转8例,无效6例。结论:推拿手法加牵引治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸畸形有明显的治疗效果,具有不影响正常活动,无合并症等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe effect of correcting adolescent idiopathic scoliosis with maneuver manipulation and traction. Methods: 38 cases including 11 males and 27 females were treated with maneuver and traction manipulation. The age of cases was from 12 years to 19 years with an average age of 14.5 years. 27cases Cobb’s angles were from 11 degree to 20 degree, and 11 cases Cobb ’s angles were from 21 degree to 30 degree. Results: 15cases were Cure. 9 cases were significant. 8 cases were effective. 6 cases were ineffective. Conclusion: Maneuver manipulation and traction were effective methods to correct adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, didn’t affect spinal activity, and had no complications during the treatment. |
