改良美容缝合法对急诊面部皮肤软组织损伤切口愈合、瘢痕产生及美学效果影响

目的:评价改良美容缝合术在急诊面部皮肤软组织损伤患者中的应用效果,观察对术后切口愈合、瘢痕产生及美学满意度的影响.方法:选择我院2018年2月-2019年1月急诊科治疗的65例面部皮肤软组织损伤患者为本次研究对象,患者随机分为对照组32例,观察组33例.对照组开展传统缝合术,观察组开展改良美容缝合术,对比2组患者术后切口愈合、瘢痕产生及美学满意度情况.结果:观察组甲级愈合率63.64%,明显多于对照组31.25%,组间数据比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Ⅰ级瘢痕率57.58%,明显多于对照组31.25%,组间数据比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后美学满意度93.94%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,组间数据比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:改良美容缝合法在急诊面部皮肤软组织损伤患者中应用可提升切口愈合效果,减少瘢痕产生,提高患者术后美学满意度,值得临床应用.

The Improved Aesthetic Suture Method has an Effect on Wound Healing,Scar Formation and Aesthetic Effect of Emergency Facial Skin Soft Tissue Injury

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of modified aesthetic suture in patients with facial skin and soft tissue injury in emergency,and to observe the effect on wound healing,scar generation and aesthetic satisfaction.Methods:65 patients with facial skin and soft tissue injuries treated in the emergency department of our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects for this study.Patients were randomly divided into 32 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group.Traditional suture was performed in the control group,and improved aesthetic suture was performed in the observation group.The wound healing,scar generation and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The healing rate of the observation group(63.64%)was sig?nificantly higher than that of the control group(31.25%).Observation group of patients I scar rate(57.58%)than the control group(31.25%),data comparison difference there is statistical significance between groups(p<0.05);Postoperative aesthetic satisfaction was 93.94%in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Modified cosmetology wind can be applied in patients with emergency facial skin and soft tissue injury to improve the wound healing effect,reduce the generation of scar,and improve the patientsxpostoperative aesthetic satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
