CD117和CD34在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达及其临床意义

目的:探讨CD117和CD34在胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测CD117和CD34在46例GISTs患者手术切除肿瘤组织和24例真性平滑肌瘤(对照组)中的表达,并观察GISTs的病理学特征。结果:GISTs患者手术切除肿瘤组织在光镜下主要由数量不等的梭形和(或)上皮样细胞组成,梭形细胞排列成束状、编织状或旋涡状,上皮样细胞多呈弥漫片状、束状或巢状排列,两种细胞可按不同比例混合性或单一性组成肿瘤的实体。GISTs组织中CD117、CD34阳性表达率分别为100.0%、84.8%,对照组真性平滑肌瘤组织中CD117和CD34均无表达。GISTs主要发生在胃(52.2%,24/46)和小肠(26.1%,12/46)。结论:CD117和CD34是诊断GISTs比较特异性的抗体,具有非常重要的诊断价值。

Expressions and Their Clinical Significance of CD117 and CD34 in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors(GISTs)

Objective:To inquire into the expressions of and their clinical significance of CD117 and CD34 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Methods:46 cases of GISTs were studied by routine pathologic examination and immunohistochemical stains of CD117 and CD34. Results:46 cases of GISTs consisted of two basic cell types:spindle and epithelioid cells,The positive rate of CD117 and CD34 of these cases were 100% and 87.8% respectively in GISTs. 52.2% cases of GISTs originated in stomach,26.1% cases in small intestine. Conclusion:Expressions of CD117 and CD34 were the special antibodies for GISTs,and the high positive expression of CD117 and CD34 might play a very important role in the diagnosis of GISTs.
