骨科患者术后疼痛管理研究

目的:探讨规范化疼痛管理在骨科手术中的临床效果。方法:100例手术患者,依据知情和自愿的原则,分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用规范化术后疼痛管理,对照组按传统镇痛方法。采用术后疼痛评分方法对2组术后疼痛情况进行评分,术后行睡眠满意度及镇痛满意度调查及不良反应观察。结论:规范化术后疼痛管理用于骨外科手术,能有效缓解术后疼痛,促进功能康复,提高患者对手术的满意度。
