| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆脂瘤的CT和MRI影像特征。方法:回顾性分析经手术证实的胆脂瘤7例,对比CT和MRI的表现。结果:病灶多位于鞍区和后颅窝的桥小脑角区。结论:CT、MRI是诊断颅内胆脂瘤的主要影像学检查手段,结合临床及好发部位、CT、MRI特点可以诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the CT、MRI diagnostic characteristic of the cholesteatoma.Methods:CT characteristics of 7 cases of cholesteatoma were reviewed. Results :located in the cerebellopontine angle and saddle area were more. Conclusion:CT and MRI were the main examination tools in the diagnosis of cholesteatoma,a definite diagnosis could be done by the clinical situation ,predilection site and CT、MRI characteristics of the cholesteatoma. |
