摘    要:目的:探讨断指再植中的“无复流”现象及对策.方法:分析两例断指再植出现“无复流”现象病例并复习相关文献.结果:两例4指分别于再植术后72小时及30小时丧失血运或放弃再植而改行其它术式.结论:断指再植存在“元复流”现象.尽管断指再植技术提高,仍应强调尽快重建血运、冷藏断指、及时有效地处理血管危象之重要.一旦“无复流”现象不可避免地发生,宜果断放弃再植改行其它术式.

No-reflow Phenomenon in Reimplantation of Amputated Fingers

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the no-reflow phenomenon during reimplantation of amputation fingers. Methods: 2 cases of reimplantation failure with no-reflow phenomenon were reported and reviewed. Results: Four fingers in 2 cases lost blood supply and gave up reimplantation 72 and 30 hours after operation respectively. Conclusions: No-reflow phenomenon exist during reimplantation of amputated fingers. Though reimplantation skill is in a higher level, it is still very important to restore blood supply, put the amputated fingers in a 4 chamber and deal with the vascular crisis. If no-reflow phenomenon occur inevitably, it should be wise to stop reimplantation or change the operation with no delay.
