| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前牙根管治疗一次法术后疼痛与疾病类型的关系,以确定一次法的适应症。方法：临床上对238例根尖周炎患者267颗前牙进行根管治疗术一次法术后疼痛与疾病类型的关联作分析。结果：无瘘型根尖周炎的前牙进行根管治疗一次法术后疼痛机率大。讨论：根管治疗术的一次法较常规根管治疗复诊次数少,疗程短,但是必须掌握好适应症,严格即时消毒、充填。

| Abstract: | Subject To investigate on the indications of one-visit endodontical treatment of anterior teeth. Method. 267 anterior teeth with periapical pedodontitis in 238 patients were treat with endodontical treatment,and correlation between the type of disease and post-operative pain were analyzed.Results A higher probability of post-operative pain was found in teeth with periapical periodontitis after one=visit endodontical treatment. Conclusions- comparing to routine treatment,one-visit endodontical treatment needs less appointments and short period of treatment.But indications should be limited,disinfections and filling be strict. |
