| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颈椎前路减压植骨内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对2001~2008年采用颈椎前路减压、取髂骨植骨融合、前路自锁钢板内固定治疗的61例脊髓型颈椎病病例进行回顾总结。结果:经8~24个月平均12.6个月随访,大部分患者症状明显缓解,部分患者症状基本消失,颈椎活动无明显受限。术后JOA评分平均改善率为85.2%,其中优31例,占50.8%;良21例,占34.4%;中8例,占13.1%;差1例,占1.6%。结论:颈椎前路减压植骨内固定治疗能直接解除脊髓受压、重建颈椎稳定性,是治疗脊髓型颈椎病的有效方法。
