胰岛素抵抗、血脂代谢异常与脑梗死关系的研究

目的研究胰岛素抵抗(IR)、血脂代谢异常与脑梗死的关系。方法收集67例脑梗死患者,其中动脉硬化性脑梗死组(ATI组)43例,腔隙性脑梗死组(LAC组)24例,测定其FINS、ISI、FBG、TG、TC、HDL、LDL水平等指数并与48例健康对照组进行比较。结果ATI组、LAC组与对照组比较,FBG、FINS、TG、TC、LDL显著增高,ISI、HDL显著下降,差异有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且ATI组与LAC组比较,FINS显著增高,ISI显著下降,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死存在IR,IR可能是脑梗死形成的机制之一。

Study on the correlation between insulin resistance,abnormal lipid metabolism and cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the correlation between insulin resistance(IR),abnormal lipid metabolism and cerebral infarction.Methods The blood lipid,blood glucose,serum insulin and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) in 67 patients with cerebral infarction and 48 healthy subjects were detected.43 of the patients suffered from atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and the other 24 patients suffered from lacunar infarction.Results There were significant differences in blood lipid,blood glucose,serum insulin and ISI between patients with cerebral infarction and healthy subjects.Serum insulin levels of the patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01),as compared with those of the patients with lacunar infarction.ISI of the patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction was decreased significantly (P<0.05),as compared with that of the patients with lacunar infarction.Conclusion The cerebral infarction is complicated with IR,and IR might be one of the pathogenesis mechanisms of cerebral infarction.
