幽门螺杆菌根除对疣状胃炎的疗效观察

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及根除对疣状胃炎(VG)发生和发展的影响。方法将合并Hp感染的VG患者52例随机分为2组,治疗组(正规抗Hp治疗)和对照组(对症处理)各26例,疗程7d,根除治疗结束1个月后分别复查胃镜和Hp。结果治疗后治疗组Hp转阴率(85.1%)显著高于对照组Hp转阴率(19.2%),治疗组有效率(92.3%)显著好于对照组(26.9%),2组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Hp感染与VG关系密切,根除治疗对VG有效。

The therapeutic effect of eradication of helicobacter pylori on verrucosa gastritis

Objective To investigate the influence of infection by helicobacter pylori(Hp)and eradication on the pathogenesis and development of verrucosa gastritis(VG).Methods 52 patients with Hp infection were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(routine anti-Hp treatment)and control group(treatment according to symptoms),26 cases in each group,with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups.After one-month eradication treatment,the Hp infection condition of patients were reexamined by endoscopy.Results After eradication treatment the negative inversion rate in treatment group(85.1%)was significantly higher than that in control group(19.2%),and the effective rate in treatment group(92.3%)was significantly higher than that in control group(26.9%),there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection of Hp is closely related to VG,and the eradication of Hp is effective in treating VG.
