| 摘 要： | 带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)为带状疱疹最常见的并发症,以疼痛为主要表现.其病因病机与络病理论密切相关.文章从"络病理论"探析总结血府逐瘀汤在治疗PHN中的临床应用,以期为该病提供治疗思路与方法,为今后运用络病理论指导其他疾病诊治提供参考.

| Abstract: | Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is the most common complication of herpes zoster,with pain as the main manifestation.Its etiology and pathogenesis are closely related to the theory of collateral disease.This article analyzes and summarizes the clinical application of Xuefuzhuyu decoction in the treatment of PHN from the"collateral disease theory",in order to provide treatment ideas and methods for the disease,and to provide reference for the use of collateral disease theory to guide the diagnosis and treatment of other diseases in the future. |
