| 摘 要： | 目的 研究通心络胶囊治疗无症状性心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法 对 38例无症状性心肌缺血患者使用通心络胶囊治疗 ,观察动态心电图、血液流变学及微循环等变化。结果 治疗后动态心电图显示心肌缺血明显好转 ,血液流变学各项指标及微循环明显改善 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论通心络胶囊具有降低血液黏滞性、聚集性及凝固性 ,改善微循环 ,从而改善心肌缺血 ,是治疗冠心病心肌缺血的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tonxinluo on silent myocardial ischemia.Methods 38 patients with silent myocardial ischemia were treated by Tongxiuluo capsule and changes of dynamic electrocardiogram,hemorhcology and microcirculation were analysed before and after treatment.Results After treatment with Tongxinluo capsule the myocardial ischemia was improved according to dynamic electrocardiogram.All the indexes of hemorheology and microcirculation obviously improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule may decrease the viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation,coagulation of blood and improve microcirculation.It can also improve myocardial ischemia.So it is an effective drug for treating the coronary heart disease. |
