通心络胶囊对冠心病心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平影响的临床研究

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的疗效及其对甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法将100例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为通心络组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,通心络组在常规治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊。治疗前后监测血清甲状腺激素、超声心动图及临床心功能。结果通心络组患者治疗后左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、短轴缩短率(FS)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)与治疗前比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后LVEF、FS、T3与对照组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05),且通心络组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊对冠心病心力衰竭有确切疗效,且可纠正患者异常的甲状腺激素水平。

Effect of Tongxinluo capsule on thyroid hormone levels in the treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on patients with heart failure (HF) caused by coronary heart disease (CHD) and the change of thyroid hormone (TH) levels.Methods 100 patients with HF caused by CHD were randomly divided into Tongxinluo group and control group,50 cases in each group.The 50 patients in Tongxinluo group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule,on the basis of routine therapy. HT level,ECG and cardiac function index were detected before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in LVDD,LVEF,FS,T_3 before and after treatment in Tongxinluo group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and there were significant differences in LVEF,FS,T_3 after treatment between Tongxinluo group and control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in Tongxinluo group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective in treating HF in CHD patients,which can improve abnormal TH levels ~of patients.
