解脲支原体感染与妊娠结局的临床分析

目的　了解解脲支原体Uu感染与胚胎停止发育的关系。方法　 1 2 0例早孕妇女分为 2组 ,有胚胎发育停止史的 70例为观察组 ,正常人工流产的 50例为对照组。应用金标免疫斑点法检测1 2 0例早孕妇女血清中的解脲支原体抗体 (Uu Ab) ,同时采用B型超声波检查了解胚胎发育情况 ,进行探讨。结果　检测 2组Uu Ab发现 ,观察组Uu Ab阳性率为 48.6 % ,对照组为 2 2 .0 % ,2组比较差异显著(P <0 .0 5) ,胚胎停止发育次数与Uu Ab阳性率呈正相关系。结论　Uu Ab检测在临床上可作为Uu感染的辅助诊断指标 ,胚胎停止发育与Uu感染密切相关系

The correlation between ureaplasma urealyticum infection and pregnancy result

Objective To investigate the correlation between ureaplasma urealyticum infection and termination of embryonic development. Methods 120 early pregnancy women were divided into two groups,70 women (termination of embryonic development) in observation group and 50 women (artificial abortion) in control group. The Uu Ab was tested by immunogold staining method, meantime the condition of embryonic development was detected by B ultrasonography. Results The positive rate of Uu Ab was 48.6% in observation group and 22.0% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The positive rate of Uu Ab was positively related to the incidence of termination of embryonic development. Conclusion The examination of Uu Ab can be used as an index for the diagnosis of Uu infection. The termination of embryonic development is closely correlated with Uu infection.
