面肌功能训练治疗Bell面瘫的临床观察

目的　评价面肌功能训练对Bell面瘫的临床疗效。方法　将 80例Bell面瘫患者随机分为治疗组 (42例 ) ,采用针刺疗法联合面肌功能训练 ;对照组 (38例 )采用单纯针刺疗法。对不同病变程度的患者在疗效、开始恢复时间、痊愈时间及并发症进行对照观察。结果　 2组轻度病变患者在疗效、开始恢复时间、痊愈时间上差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;中度病变患者在疗效、开始恢复时间、痊愈时间方面的差异均有显著性意义 (分别为P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组优于对照组 ;重度病变患者 ,治疗组在疗效、开始恢复时间上优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组轻度病变患者均无并发症出现 ,中度以上患者治疗组并发症出现率低于对照组 ,但无统计学意义。结论　面肌功能训练对中度以上Bell面瘫疗效显著。

Therapeutic effect of facial muscle's function training on Bell's facioplegia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of facial muscle's function training on Bell's facioplegia.Methods 80 patients with Bell's facioplegia were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients in treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with facial muscle's function training; the other 38 patients in control group were treated only by routine acupuncture. The therapeutic effect, starting time of recovery, time of complete recovery and complications in patients with different degrees of illness were observed and compared.Results There were no significant differences in therapeutic effect, starting time of recovery, time of complete recovery between two groups of mild degree patients (P>0.05).For moderate degree patients, obvious differences were showed in therapeutic effect, starting time of recovery, time of complete recovery (P<0.01,P<0.05,respectively).The therapeutic effect in treatment group was better than that of control group. For severe degree patients, both therapeutic effect and starting time of recovery in treatment group were much superior to those of control group (P<0.05).No complications in patients of mild degree were found. While in patients of moderate degree and severe degree, incidence of complications in treatment group was lower than that of control group, however there was no statistic meaning.Conclusion Facial muscle's function training has significant therapeutic effect on moderate degree and severe degree Bell's facioplegia.
