老年高血压前期人群多代谢异常分析

摘    要:目的了解老年高血压前期人群伴随的多代谢异常情况。方法将2008年1月—2011年1月入院的1200例患者按血压水平分为3组:正常血压组(400例)、高血压前期组(400例)、高血压组(400例),分析3组的多代谢异常情况。结果 (1)3组间比较,除饮酒史无差异外,性别(男/女)、年龄、吸烟史、高血压家族史、腰围(WC)、体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标比较,高血压组高于高血压前期组高于正常血压组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则高血压组低于高血压前期组低于正常血压组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)TG是高血压前期代谢异常中联系强度最大的一项指标,WC、BMI、FPG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C等均是高血压前期的危险因素(OR均>1)。结论老年高血压前期人群伴有多代谢异常,TG是高血压前期的主要危险因子。

Analysis of multiple metabolic disorders in elderly population with pre-hypertension

Abstract:Objective To investigate multiple metabolic disorders in elderly population with pre-hypertension.Methods Hospitalized elderly patients admitted from January 2008 to January 2011 were divided into normal blood pressure group,pre-hypertensive group and hypertensive group(400 cases in each group respectively).Multiple metabolic disorders were analyzed.Results(l)The age,sex,cigarette smokers history,hypertensive family and level of WC,BMI,TC,TG, LDL-C,FPG in hypertensive group were significantly higher than those in pre-hypertensive group and the normal blood pressure group;HDL-C disorders in hypertensive group were significantly lower than that in pre-hypertensive group and the normal blood pressure group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(2) Pre-hypertensive was associated with TG,WC,BMI,FPG,TC,LDL-C, HDL-C are risk factors to prehypertension(all the OR>1).Conclusion Elderly pre-hypertensive people are commonly combined with multiple metabolic disorders,and the TG level was a major risk factor to prehypertension.
