血浆同型半胱氨酸与缺血性进展性脑卒中的相关研究

目的研究血浆同型半胱氨酸在缺血性进展性脑卒中的作用。方法对50例缺血性进展性脑卒中和42例非进展性脑卒中患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平进行测定,同时进行颈部超声、核磁共振脑血管造影检查,比较2组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平、动脉狭窄程度。结果同型半胱氨酸水平、颅内外动脉狭窄的发生率和程度,在缺血性进展性脑卒中患者显著高于非进展性脑卒中患者(P<0.05),同型半胱氨酸水平与进展性脑卒中显著相关(P<0.05)。结论进展性脑卒中的发生、动脉硬化狭窄发生率和程度与血浆同型半胱氨酸的水平密切相关,血浆同型半胱氨酸可作为预测及评价进展性脑卒中的重要指标之一。

The correlation between plasma homocysteine and progressing ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the effects of plasma homocysteine (HCY) on the development of ischemic stroke.Methods The plasma HCY concentration were measured in patients with either progressing ischemic stroke (n=50) or no-progressing ischemic stroke (n=42),both ultrasonic imaging and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) were adopted to detected carotid; the levels of plasma HCY and the arteriostenosis degree were compared between the two groups.Results The concentration of HCY in progressing ischemic stroke group was higher than that of no-progressing ischemic stroke group, both the incidence and the degree of arteriostenosis were higher in progressing ischemic stroke group than those in no-progressing ischemic stroke group (P<0.05). The progressing ischemic stroke was closely related to the concentration of plasma HCY (P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of progressing ischemic stroke,the incidence of arteriostenosis and the degree of arteriostenosis are related to the levels of plasma HCY, which probably is regarded as a good index to predict and evaluate the progressing of ischemic stroke.
