| 摘 要： | 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与冠心病发病的关系。方法以14C-尿素呼气试验对34例冠心病患者(冠心病组)进行Hp检测,并与35例健康体检者(健康对照组)进行对照,比较两者Hp阳性感染发生率和程度。结果冠心病组Hp阳性感染率(88.2%)显著高于健康对照组(51.2%)(P<0.01),感染程度(中重度)(46.7%)高于对照组(11.1%),差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染与冠心病关系密切,其可能是冠心病的发病机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and coronary heart disease.Methods Hp was tested in 34 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD group)and 35 healthy subjects(control group)by 14 C-urea breath test(14C-UBT).The Hp infection rate and degree were compared between the two groups.Results The Hp infection rate(88.2%)in CHD group was significantly higher that(51.2%)of control group(P<0.01).Moreover,there was a significant difference in infection degree(middle and severe degree)between two groups(46.7% vs 11.1%,P<0.01).Conclusion Hp infection is closely related with coronary heart disease,which may be one of the pathogenesis mechanisms of coronary heart disease. |
