通心络胶囊对冠心病介入术后炎性反应和血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察冠心病心绞痛患者介入治疗后炎性因子和内皮功能变化及通心络胶囊的干预作用。方法60例患者接受PCI,术后分为常规治疗组(A组)和常规治疗加通心络胶囊组(B组),采用超声多普勒测量治疗前后肱动脉内皮舒张功能,并测定其CRP、ICAM-1、IL-10等炎性因子。结果A组经治疗后ICAM-1、CRP下降,IL-10升高(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组以上3种炎性因子改变更为显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。B组治疗后FMD、NMD均明显改善,且较A组差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05),而A组仅FMD治疗后有改善(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可在常规治疗基础上显著降低冠心病患者PCI术后炎性反应,且改善血管内皮功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo capsules on inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelium function after PCI and investigate its clinical significance.Methods 60 patient who have accepted PCI,were divided into Tongxinluo capsules treatment group(group B)and control group(group A),and then the vascular endothelium function and inflammatory factor,such as CRP,ICAM-1,IL-10,were measured.Results ICAM-1 and CRP decreased and IL-10 increased after treatment in group A(P<0.05),and the change were more significant in group B(P<0.01 or P<0.05),FMB、NMD were improved in group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while FMD was improved in group A only(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule may decrease the inflammatory reaction and improve the vascular endothelium function.
