摘    要:目的 探讨急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)家兔机体抗氧化能力的变化及其意义。方法  30只家兔随机分为 2组 ,对照组和ARF模型组各 15只。以 1%HgCl2 复制家兔ARF模型 ,分别应用改良TBA微量法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清及肾组织匀浆的丙二醛 (MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的变化。结果 ARF组血清及肾组织匀浆的MDA水平高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,SOD活性显著低于对照组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 急性肾功能衰竭时机体抗氧化能力明显降低

Abstract:Objective To inquire into the changes and meanings of antioxidation ability in rabbits with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=15),the ARF group(n=15).The ARF model of rabbit was copied by 1% HgCl 2,the malondialdehyde(MDA),superoside dismutase(SOD)content in serum and renal homogenate were determined by modificatory TBA microdetermination,xanthinoxidanse method.Results It showed that MDA content in serum and renal homogenate of ARF group was significantly increased than that of control group (P<0.01),and the SOD content was signifcantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggested that the antioxidation ability decreased obviously in acute renal failure.
