摘    要:目的 探讨β受体-腺苷酸环化酶系统对心肌梗死后心室重构的影响及中药通心络对心室重构的干预作用。方法 制备大鼠心肌梗死后心室重构模型,随机分成心室重构组、通心络治疗组、假手术组,6周后分别测定血流动力学参数、β受体密度、cAMP含量,电镜观察其超微结构的变化。结果(1)与假手术组比较,心室重构组及通心络组的血压降低,左室舒张末压(LVEDP)升高(P

Experimental study on depressing ventricular remodeling of rats by regulation of β-adrenoreceptor pathway with Tongxinluo

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of β- adrenoreceptor pathway on ventricular remodeling of rats with heart failure and the regulative effect of Tongxinluo on it. Methods Rat model with ventricular remodeling was made by the way of myocardial infarction. Six weeks later, the parameter of hemodynamics was determined,β - adren-ergic receptor density(Bmax )and the content of cAMP were measured, and the changes of the ultrastructure were observed as well.Results In comparation with false operation group,the blood pressure,(β-adrenergic receptor density and content of c AMP was reduced in ventricular remodeling group and Tongxinluo group, but LVEDP was raised. SBP, LVSP, + dp/dtmax, - dp/dtmax ,(3 - adrenergic receptor density and content of cAMP were increased more significanthy in Tongxinluo group than in ventricular remodeling group ( P < 0.05) . The fibroblast proliferation, collagen sludge and collagen fiber deposit were found by electron microscopy on intersexuality of rats in ventricular remodeling. These pathologic changes were more slight in Tongxinluo group than in ventricular remodeling group. Conclusion Tongxinluo can improve the cardiac function of rats with ventricular remodeling, increase myocardium Bmax the contents of c AMP, and relieve the myocardium pathologic lesion caused by remodeling in the rats. Tongxinluo could partially depress the ventricular remodeling of rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction.
