稳心颗粒联用氟伐他汀对高血压病并发心房颤动患者血栓前状态的影响

目的探讨稳心颗粒联用氟伐他汀对高血压病并发永久性心房颤动(房颤)患者血栓前状态的影响。方法将92例高血压病并发永久性房颤患者随机分为对照组(46例)与治疗组(46例),2组均接受常规降压治疗、地高辛口服控制心室率及服用阿司匹林,治疗组在此基础上给予稳心颗粒(每次9g,每日2次)联合氟伐他汀(40mg/d)口服,用药6个月。观察治疗前后血管性血友病因子(vWF)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、凝血酶—抗凝血酶III复合物(TAT)、P-选择素及部分血流变指标的变化。结果6个月后,治疗组vWF、D-Dimer、TAT、P-选择素水平下降,部分血流变指标改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联用氟伐他汀改善高血压病并发永久性房颤患者血栓前状态,可降低患者的血栓栓塞风险。

The therapeutic effect of combination Wenxinkeli and fluvastatin on prothrombotic state in hypertension patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Wenxinkeli plus fluvastatin on prothrombotic state in essential hypertension patients with permanent atrial fibrillation. Methods Ninety-two essential hypertension patients with per- manent atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into control group （ n = 46） and treatment group （ n = 46）. All patients received conventional antihypertensive therapy, digoxin to control ventricular rate and aspirin were taken orally. Additionally, the traditional Chinese medicine Wenxinkeli were used in treatment group （9 g, twice daily） and fluvastatin（40 rag/d）. After following up 6 months, the changes of serum levels of yon Willebrand factor（vWF）, thrombin AT-III complex （TAT）, D-Dimer, P-selectin and hemolxheologic parameters were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group, the serum levels of vWF, TAT, D-Dimer and P-selectin were lower and hemorrheologic parameters improved in treatment group after following up 6 months （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It demonstrated that the traditional medicine Wenxinkeli combined with fluvastatin improved prothrombotic state in essential hypertension patients with permanent atrial fibrillation, and it may reduce the risk of thromboembolism.
