Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of propofol on sevoflurane induced neuronal apoptosis in rats based on phosphatidylinositol 3 hydroxykinase(P13K)/protein kinase B(Akt)pathway.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,experiments were carried out in the laboratory of the Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Hubei Province.30 healthy and clean Wistar male rats were selected and divided into control group,sevoflurane group,and sevoflurane group by random number table.Sevoflurane+propofol group(combined group),each with 10 rats.The sevoflurane group was treated by inhalation of 1.5%sevoflurane,and the combination group was given an intraperitoneal injection of 150 mg/kg propofol on the basis of the sevoflurane group.The control group was given an equal volume of normal saline for intervention,both for continuous intervention for 2 weeks.After intervention,each group of rats underwent Morris water maze experiment to observe the apoptosis of rat hippocampal nerve cells,and detect oxidative stress-related indicators,apoptosis-related factors and PI3K/Akt pathway protein expression levels.Results Comparison of escape latency and hippocampal neuronal apoptosis rate,sevoflurane group>combined group>control group(F/P=17.038/0.001,36.834/0.001),the number of times of crossing the platform and the percentage of stay time in the target quadrant,sevoflurane Groupcombination group>control group(F/P=35.166/0.001,20.773/0.001,43.896/0.001,17.462/0.001),SOD,GSH Px,Bcl2 levels and Comparison of PI3K and p Akt expressions,sevoflurane group
