| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响腹膜透析患者退出的危险因素。方法对90例规律腹膜透析患者的临床资料进行Logistic多因素分析。结果退出组(41例)患者中,28例死亡9例改用血透透析,4例失随访。与腹膜透析组(49例)相比,退出组患者透析时间明显偏短(P<0.01),Hb、Hct、Alb明显降低(P<0.01),血肌酐(Scr)偏低(P<0.05),血磷、血钾水平、钙磷乘积、甲状旁腺激素明显偏低(P<0.01),血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL、LDL)偏低(P<0.01,P<0.05),血压(SBP、DBP、MAP)明显偏高(P<0.01)。2组性别、BUN、UA、血钙等比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)经Logistic多因素分析提示,患者血白蛋白水平、胆固醇水平、甲状旁腺素水平、平均动脉压是可能影响腹膜透析患者退出的危险因素。结论血白蛋白水平、胆固醇水平、甲状旁腺素水平、平均动脉压是可能影响腹膜透析患者退出的独立危险因素。
