伊布利特治疗心房颤动的临床观察

目的评价伊布利特转复阵发性和持续性心房颤动(房颤)的有效性和安全性。方法持续时间<90 d的阵发性和持续性心房颤动患者123例,随机分为伊布利特组(70例,静脉注射伊布利特)和普罗帕酮组(53例,静脉注射普罗帕酮),比较2组药物转复心房颤动的成功率、转复时间和不良事件。结果伊布利特组转复房颤的总成功率显著高于普罗帕酮组(77.1%vs 47.2%,P<0.01),阵发性和持续性房颤患者的转复成功率亦分别高于普罗帕酮组(78.7%vs 50.0%,73.9%vs 41.2%,P<0.05);伊布利特组转复房颤的时间明显缩短(33.4±2.9)min vs(62.4±9.1)min,P<0.01];未发生有临床意义的药物致心律失常作用。结论伊布利特转复阵发性和持续性心房颤动优于普罗帕酮,并有良好的安全性。

Efficacy and safety of ibutilide for conversion of atrial fibrillation
