多站式考核在上海市社区教学基地全科师资综合能力评估中的应用

摘    要:目的 采用多站式考核对上海市社区教学基地全科师资进行综合能力评估.方法 2013年8月对上海市4个社区教学基地的41名全科师资进行为期半天的多站式考核,内容包括综合知识、体格检查、辅检判读、临床操作和教学知识5项.结果 综合知识项目的平均分、合格率最高,分别为(80.4±6.8)分和97.6%;教学知识项目的平均分、合格率最低,分别为(44.5±15.1)分和14.6%.社区带教年限≥5年的社区全科师资在临床操作项目中的得分高于<5年的师资(72.1±12.3)分比(54.9±21.5)分,t=2.974,P=0.007],不同工作年限、职称的师资各项得分差异均无统计学意义.4家社区教学基地在全科基本理论部分(F=4.550,P=0.008)、X线片部分(F=5.438,P=0.003)、临床操作项目(F =3.503,P=0.025)、教学知识项目(F=12.607,P<0.001)及其教学基本理论和方法部分(F=11.558,P<0.001)、规范化培训细则和要求部分(F=7.281,P=0.001)的得分差异均有统计学意义.结论 社区全科师资教学能力薄弱,应加强相关内容的师资培训.多站式考核可作为全科师资遴选与评估的重要手段.

Abstract:Objective To assess the comprehensive ability of community general practitioner (GP) trainers in Shanghai by multi-station evaluation.Methods Forty one GP trainers from 4 community teaching base in Shanghai were assessed in a half-day multi-station evaluation including comprehensive knowledge,physical examination,auxiliary investigation,clinical skills and teaching knowledge.Results The mean score and pass rate of comprehensive knowledge were highest (80.4 ± 6.8 and 97.6%),and those of teaching knowledge were lowest (44.5 ± 15.1 and 14.6%).The mean score of clinical skills of GP trainers whose duration of community teaching was more than or equal to 5 years was higher than those less than 5 years (72.1 ± 12.3 vs.54.9 ± 21.5,t =2.974,P =0.007).There was no significant difference in mean score of 5 items between GP trainers with different working seniority and professional titles.The mean score of basic medical theories (F =4.550,P =0.008),X-ray (F =5.438,P =0.003),clinical skills (F =3.503,P =0.025),teaching knowledge (F =12.607,P 〈 0.001),basic teaching theories and methods (F =11.558,P 〈 0.001),regulations and demands of training (F =7.281,P =0.001) were statistical different among 4 community teaching bases.Conclusions The teaching ability of community GP trainers is relatively weak and need relevant special training.Multi-station evaluation can be applied in selection and assessment of GP trainers.
