三维子宫输卵管超声造影在输卵管源性不孕症诊断中的价值

收集2009年12月至2011年6月在本院生殖医学中心诊治的不孕症78例患者资料，以腹腔镜结果为金标准，比较三维子宫输卵管超声造影（3D—HyCoSy）和子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）对不孕症的诊断价值。3D—HyCoSy诊断的敏感性94．7％，特异性83．7％，准确性91．7％，阳性预测值93．9％，阴性预测值82．4％。HSG诊断的敏感性96．4％，特异性82．6％，准确性92．3％，阳性预测值93．0％，阴性预测值90．5％。3D—HyCoSy和HSG两种检查结果存在较好的一致性（U=13．3，P〈0．05），3D—HyCoSy与腹腔镜检查结果差异无统计学意义（X2=3．86，P〉0．05）。3D—HyCoSy为不孕症输卵管病变检查提供了一种新的空间立体成像方法。

Three dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast-sonography in diagnosis of fallopian tube infertility

Seventy eight infertile women were examined by three dimensional hysterosalpingo- contrast-sonography（3D-HyCoSy） and X-ray hysterosalingograpk： nSG） to observe flowing condition of fallopian tube. With the laparoscopy as gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3D-HyCoSy in diagnosis of fallopian tube infertility were 94. 7% , 83.7% , 93.9% and 82. 4% ; those for HSG were 96. 4% , 82. 6% , 92. 3% , 93.0% and 90. 5% , respectively. U test showed that two methods had good consistency. The results suggested that 3D-HyCoSy provides an effective method in evaluation of fallopian tube natholoav for infertile women.
