| 摘 要： | 目的观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法将68例子宫腺肌病患者随机分成两组,治疗组(34例)从月经第1天开始服用米非司酮和桂枝茯苓胶囊,对照组(34例)仅服用米非司酮,均连服6个月,比较两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状、体征、子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、血清性激素水平等变化。结果两组患者服药期间均闭经,痛经消失。与对照组相比,治疗组子宫体积明显缩小,子宫内膜萎缩,血清性激素水平明显下降,复发率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫腺肌病疗效满意,不良反应小,且复发率低。
