1481例恶性肿瘤核素骨显像分析

目的评价核素骨显像对诊断恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床价值.方法对1 481例恶性肿瘤患者注射99mTc-亚锡亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP)30mci后行SPECT全身骨显像,共作骨显像1 797人次.结果显像阳性1 259例,阳性率85%.其中首次显像阳性973例,随访发现阳性286例.显像特点:多发性放射性分布浓聚占91.58%,单发性放射性分布浓聚4.85%,单发性放射性分布稀疏缺损3.57%.转移癌的好发部位依次为:脊柱、肋骨、盆骨、股骨、颅骨、肩胛骨、指(趾)骨.结论核素骨显像对于早期发现骨转移癌灵敏度高,应列为恶性肿瘤患者的常规检查.

Analysis of radionuclide bone images of malignant tumor in 1481 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of radionuclide bone images on the diagnosis of malignant tumor bone metastasis. Methods SPECT bone images of the entire body was performed after the injection of MDP 3Omci in 1 481 cases of malignant tumor,the total times of bone images were 1 797. Results Positive images were found in 1 259 cases ,positive rate was 85%. Of which,973 cases had a positive image for the first time,287 cases was found positive at follow up. The characteristics of image; multi-radioactivity distributing concentration was 91.58%, singular-radioactivity distributing concentration was 4.77 %, singular- radioactivity distributing absence was 3.57%. The familiar positions of metastasis cancer were vertebral column and occurred more frequently than in the ribs, and then, pelvis, femur, cranium, scapula, phalanx in turn. Conclusion The sensitivity of radionuclide bone images is high in early detection of the metastasis of bone cancer, it should be used as the routine examination of malignant cancer patients.
