美满霉素对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清SOD和MDA的影响

摘    要:目的 观察美满霉素(minocycline)对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)浓度的影响,探讨美满霉素清除脑缺血再灌注后的自由基的作用.方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为:正常组(N组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)、假手术组(NS组)、美满霉素对照组(M组)、美满霉素治疗组(MT组)、美满霉素与处理组(MP组).处死大鼠取样,采用化学比色法检测血清SOD和MDA浓度;HE染色观察大鼠脑组织的病理改变.结果 MP、 MT组SOD浓度较IR组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MP、 MT组MDA浓度较IR组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 美满霉素能使大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血清SOD浓度增高、MDA浓度降低,美满霉素可以通过增强自由基清除发挥脑保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of minocycline on serum SOD,MDA of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in Wistar rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into: normal groups(N),ischemia-reperfusion groups(IR),sham-operation groups(NS),minocycline groups(M),minocycline treatment groups(MT) and minocycline preconditioning groups(MP).Taking the cerebral tissue after killing the rats by injecting high-dose hydrate chloride.The serum thickness of SOD and MDA was measured by the chemical colorimetry,the pathological feature of cerebral tissue was detected by HE staining.Results The serum thickness of SOD in MP and MT groups was significantly higher than that in IR(P<0.01).The serum thickness of MDA in MP and MT groups was significantly higher than that in IR(P<0.01).Conclusion Minocycline can increase the serum thickness of SOD and decrease that of MDA,it can protect neural function by enhancing clearance of free radical.
