| 摘 要： | 目的探讨并建立快速而准确用于实时荧光定量PCR标准品的方法.方法通过培养细胞,提取总RNA并逆转录为cDNA后做PCR,电泳,胶回收,T-A克隆,测序后,大量提取质粒,送公司定量.结果获得了预期希望的质粒.结论该方法能大量制备质粒标准品,在实验中取得较满意的效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of preparation for the standard plasmids of real-time PCR.Methods Cell culture,RT-PCR,agarose gel electrophoresis,gel extraction,T-A clone, sequance,plasmids miniprep,quantify in the Bioasia company.Results We get the standard plasmids.Conclusion This is a good way to get the standard plasmids. |
