| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)/一氧化氮酶(NOS)在2型糖尿病的发生、发展及预后的临床价值.方法 将受试者分为2型糖尿病组和健康对照组检测其血浆ET-1和血清NO/NOS水平.结果 2型糖尿病组血浆ET-1和血清NOS 水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.01);而NO水平低于健康对照组(P<0.01).有并发症组血浆ET-1和血清NOS 水平均高于无并发症组(P<0.01,P<0.05);NO水平低于无并发症组(P<0.01).结论 2型糖尿病的发生、发展及预后可能与血中ET-1、NO/NOS失衡有一定的联系.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of endothelin-1(ET),nitrogen oxide(NO),nitricoxide synthase(NOS) and type 2 diabetes.Methods Testees were divided into type 2 diabetes group and control group,plasma levels of ET,NO and NOS of these two groups were detected.
