摘    要:目的探讨不同冠状动脉病变支数和程度的冠心病(CHD)患者对心率变异性(HRV)的影响及其相互之间的差异.方法观察经冠脉造影证实的CHD患者(73例单支病变、101例多支病变、68例轻度狭窄、106例重度狭窄)及50名健康人24h心率变异长程频域指标.结果CHD患者HRV指标中的LF、HF均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);不同病变支数患者之间的HRV无显著性差异;但冠状动脉狭窄程度越重者HRV减低越明显(P<0.05).结论CHD患者的HRV降低;HRV的改变和CHD患者冠脉的病变支数无明显关系,但与冠状动脉狭窄程度相关,提示HRV对CHD的预后有一定意义.

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of the quantity and stenosis degree of coronary arteries involved to the heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with CHD and the difference between them. Methods To detect the frequency domain index of 24h heart rate variability on the CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography (73 cases with simple artery involved,101 cases with multi-artery involved, and 68 with mild stenosis arteries,106 with severe stenosis) and 50 healthy persons. Results For CHD patients,the LF and HF of HRV were both significant lower than those of normal contrast groups (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the patients with different numbers of involved arteries,but the more of stenosis , the lower of HRV data.(P<0.05).Conclusion The HRV decreased in patients with CHD. The changes of HRV had no relation with the quantity of involved artery for CHD patients, but it was related with the degree of stenosis, which indicated that the analysis of HRV could help to estimate the prognosis of patients with CHD.
