| 摘 要： | 目的 总结不施行腭侧注射麻醉在拔除老年人上颌牙齿中的可行性.方法 选择 300例因临床需要拔除上颌牙齿的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组200例和对照组100例.治疗时分别采用新的上颌局部麻醉方法和传统治疗方法,对麻醉效果进行分析比较.结果 (1)试验组与对照组麻药注射时疼痛明显的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).(2)实验组与对照组在拔牙手术时疼痛差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 采用新的上颌局麻方法具有操作简单易行、省时,减少腭侧不良反应的特点.
